REGISTRATION
All meals and lodging are included. Towels and linens are also provided.
Childcare provided for children (2-10yrs) for $35 for the first child, $15 for each child after

SESSIONS
Our first session begins with dinner at Mt. Hermon on Friday, October 2nd at 7pm. Check-in will open from 6pm onwards. Our final session will take place on Sunday, October 4th and will finish with lunch in the afternoon.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
You can cancel your registration for a full refund until Sunday, September 22nd. All registration cancellations made after September 22nd, 2026 are non-refundable. Additionally, all late registration payments are non-refundable. For questions or concerns, please contact info@radiancesf.org.

WAITLIST
Once registration reaches 275 attendees, a waitlist will be implemented. If you are placed on the waitlist, you will receive an email with a registration link when a spot becomes available. The registration link will expire after 48 hours, after which the invitation will be sent to the next person on the waitlist.

Participation Waiver

By submitting to the form below, you agree to the following:

The participant expressly assume any and all risks of injury or death arising from or relating to the Radiance Christian Church's ("RCC") retreat activities and waive and release any and all actions, claims, suits or demands of any kind or nature whatsoever against RCC, its officer, agents, sponsors, volunteers or representatives of any kind (collectively “Releasees”) arising from or relating in any way to the participant's voluntary participation in these activities.

The participant understand that this Waiver, Release and Indemnification agreement means, among other things, that if the participant is injured or die as a result of participation in these activities, he/she and/or his/her family or heirs cannot under any circumstances sue Releasees or any of them for damages relating to or caused by my injuries or death. The participant agrees to indemnify Releasees or any of them, and their subrogees, if any, in the event of any loss, damage or claim arising from or relating in any way to the participant's participation in any of the activities.

The participant has read this Waiver, Release and Indemnification Agreement, have asked and received answers to any questions he/she had concerning its meaning and execute it freely, without duress, and in full complete understanding of its legal effect, and of the fact that it may affect his/her legal rights. Media Release Waiver

The participant hereby grants permission to RCC the right to use, reproduce, and/or distribute photographs, films, video‐tapes, and sound recordings of the participants, without compensation or approval rights, for use in materials created for purposes of promoting the activities of RCC.
